APPOINTMENTS
Due to time wasters making appointments and not turning up, we have made a decision that all new clients making appointments over the phone a £10 deposit is to be paid on booking. This can be made in person in salon or paid via this site. Please note that this is non-refundable for non arrivals.
Cancellations not made within
24 hours will now be subject to a payment of 50% of treatment added to your next appointment.
A quick call to cancel or facebook message will take seconds but will let someone else have your appointment. This applies also to clients booking the pamper packages. Appointments from new clients with no contact number will not be confirmed also.
