My name is Neil Demuth and I provide bespoke massage therapy treatments, whether it’s for relaxation or a specified area which  requires extra attention.

Combining Swedish, Deep tissue and Sports massage techniques I aim to manipulate the muscles and surrounding tissues to relax both body and mind, thus relaxing and healing from the inside out. This approach gives a longer lasting result.

The no pain no gain methodology doesn’t work. No treatment should ever be painful. I work to a pain scale, 1 been no pain to 10 being very painful. It should be uncomfortable but not painful, as we’re moving tissues to help them relax.

Aided with aftercare you will have greater flexibility and mobility in the muscles and joints.
