APPOINTMENTS
Due to time wasters making appointments and not turning up, we have made a decision that all new clients making appointments a £10 deposit is to be paid on bookings over 30 mins. This can be made in person in salon or paid via this site. Please note that this is non-refundable for non arrivals.
Cancellations not made within
24 hours will now be subject to a payment of 50% of treatment added to your next appointment or £10 per hr missed , prepaid appointments will not be refunded if missed
A quick call to cancel or facebook message will take seconds but will let someone else have your appointment. This applies also to clients booking the pamper packages.
